Collector common voltage, also called: Anode, positive and Vdd.

Information

The terminology "VCC" originated as a reference to the collector terminal of a BJT transistor. And means the common supply for this pin. E.g. Vee to BJT emitters, Vdd to FET drains, and Vss to FET sources. Today it's normally used to indicate a IC's positive supply pin.
