WOW!!!!
all I can say about your bio. and the site is WOW... By the way, when did you start learning programming?
so, I discovered my problem...
I found out that I hadn't configured port forward... darn... and to make it even worse... dad forgot the password
hold on... do you have a CC license on your projects?
I was just wondering because having a CC license makes everything easier in-case someone decides to copy your work and sell it themselves.

- No I don't, but that was a good idea. I'll look into that, thanks:) --Hebron 23:49, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
thank you for cleaning it up...
Thanks, it needed a lil sweeping...
Need any help with the logo?
I am new at AVRs and such but I can definitely help with the logo... I'm going to make one for you on blender :D.... shouldn't take too long
- My version of the logo... hope you like it
RNS
any chance I can get a domain name 1oooop.uctrl.net from you?
- well, I have a partially dynamic, partially static IP, that ok?
- ic... imma look into that... have lots of time on my hands
- yup, got it 1oooop.ath.cx server's not up yet tho, the network admin(aka. dad) forgot the router passwd. gotta reset it
- server's up and running. still need to configure port forward.
- server will be up modnay
- site is up ahead of time :D YAY!
- you seen it recently :) So far, the whole system is 1.7 GB. Most of it is in the photo gallery because of the massive amount of photos XD. I'll gladly give you an account on the gallery if you want. The bad thing about the gallery is the massive crunch time for the photo thumbnails. You think it would be okay to have a ubuntu server on my really old computer? It isn't quite that old but it is old, back in the day of celeron processors.
- just FYI, the site is going down in July... and not coming back up for a while :D but it will BRB
- umm, I already did the things I had planned for july. I guess I got ahead of myself. New XMPP chat server implemented. Photo album removed. Forums remade. Many smilies added. I'm tired... did it all during spring break.
== hey, I hope you don't mind... I added uctrl.net as a page on facebook
http://www.facebook.com/pages/uctrlnet
and I also invited you as an admin... Hehe...
it's a great way to attract people to the site... believe me
K, NP with that... I can't right now, I'm at school :D I'll do it in a few hours... --1oooop
site down toady
woops, the site went down :( I think dad might of unplugged the cable modem... :( site should be back 100% in a few hours (~12)
you can probably tell he isnt the most logical person, Mom is downloading, her computer uses about 100 watts, the internet thing uses less than 20 if you turn it off for 1/2 a day everyday then mom's computer will be on 2X more because she isn't downloading... my computer will also be on but it will not furfil its purpose and try to keep connecting to the internet which will use more energy than if he keeps the box on--1oooop
and more about saving power.... if he would unplug the home entertainment system wile we are out, you will save about 100 watts per hour, 1200 watts per day... :D
- site is terminally sick :( when I woke up at three, I noticed the windows shutting down song "dun dun dun dun". Then, I went into my room, expecting a perfect shutdown as usual, but this time, my computer hung on the windows is shutting down which is not too common but I've seen it enough not to worry. Then, I did the usual procedure when that happens... Now, I keep getting, "Windows has shut this program down to keep your stuff safe." with every damn program I have. So, expect the site to be down for quite a while, possibly for a week as I get a new computer to run linux on. Of coarse, I do have my laptop so possibly back up today.
Site back up, untested
The site is 100% again with a mail server but it's not world open :D. The XMPP server is untested and I still have a few more mods until the forums are working as usual again. Mysql files died a horrid death.
- ok, XMPP is down and I dont think it will be fixed soon, but it will be fixed. Scheduled for tomorrow --1oooop 04:44, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
should we have a project planner?
I was just wondering if we needed a project planner, I got one called planner :D http://live.gnome.org/Planner I've already made the file for my website. It's quite nice, the program.
Hello -- thebigbucks
All I can really say is this site is great, and I have a few questions. When did you start programming? Have you considered programming in C on the AVR? And lastly how do u get your site to be like wikipedia's where it it is basically the same format almost?
Thanks
-- thebigbucks
- ooh... I LOVE answering questions :D
- hebron started programming when he was 14. he does C on AVR(I think). it's called wikimedia... alot of websites use it because it's a relatively easy format to make websites with :D

Satellites!
It's me again :D. Have you ever considered making a satellite and sending it into earth's orbit?
I recently read this article about a company that is planning to do that in the 3rd quarter of 2010.
